I woke with a jolt, feeling a strange rolling sensation; what was it? I leapt out of bed and raced to the window. I gasped horrified, my heart raced with terror. We were 200ft above the ground. How? Why? I had walked into this hotel last night from the pavement!
Bang! We pitched forward and entered a steep dive. I was thrown violently to the floor and as I scrambled to my feet I looked up to see the Hotel signboard "You can check out but you can never leave" careering straight at my head......
I really enjoyed reading this it made me and my mum smile.Apparantly the quote at the end is from a really, really, really old song.
