My
finger pressed the green call symbol. Slowly, effortlessly, roots
came out of the handset and gradually started to entangle themselves
around my hand like convolvulus. The more my wrist struggled, the
more it twined around my digits. This had to be trickery! My arm turned blacker and blacker. This was becoming a ghastly daymare!
With my neck becoming stained charcoal hue, I wondered whether this
phone was a portable horror! I stopped struggling. Gradually the
tentacles began to unravel themselves in a dreamy, retracting,
serpentine fashion. Finally I got my hand free after six hours of
being enmeshed! Mobile misery!
