The sailers son

There once was a sailors son,
Who set out to sea,
With out permission from his mum,
And his dad wouldn't agree.

He put the bate onto the rod and cast it into the ocean,
He waited and waited,
If only he had a magic potion,
For waiting is something he hated

He waited for ever it seemed,
How he wished he had a fish to slaughter,
I will catch a big fish he dreamed,
But all he could see was water.

When he got home mum went mad,
Where have you been she said with a scream,
The boy knew he had done bad,
"Out on the sea living my dream."
