The boomerang by Morgan
I woke up and went down the stairs, I called my friend Carl and said to meet at the end of the street. When I got there we went to buy sweets, then we walked past a new shop, called "booming boomerangs". We were in before I knew it. It was a small old shop but it was bright and colourful. It sold boomerangs for £2.50, we put our last bit of money together and bought one. Then we ran down to the park and played with it for two hours but the boomerang seemed to have a mind of its own it went straight not around and kept on going...

Morgan - Your writing is really improving with all the effort you are putting into these 100 word challenges.
ReplyDeleteI really like this punchy and short sentence: We were in before I knew it.
Could you think aboud your verb / adverb relationship e.g walked (verb) cautiously (adverb)
Keep up the good work!
