Cats V Dogs




 It shivered with fright as the cat army moved forward, then it howled and an army of dogs [yes dogs] appeared to fight alongside Barney the dog king.  Barney howled, ''I WANT MY MUMMY!!!!!!!!"  You see, cats and dogs have been at war for ages now, well since last Friday any way.  Here's how it all started. The dog King and the cat Empress sat and  waited, hoped , longed, prayed for their owners to drop a sausage or two.When one finally got dropped by three year old Mickey they sprinted for it but the dog King Barney got their first then the fur flew literally.  They've been at war ever since.

    A really clever piece of writing Mia which certainly grips the imagination. Great use of speech to bring the main character to life! I love your line
