100 word challenge
Olive gazed out of her cabin window, fingering the beautiful pink shoes that sat on the sill. She had never worn them. They were not the sort of shoes you could where in the snow. She immediately had a flashback to gorgeous sunny Antiga, with ladies and men with tanned skins scattered across the beaches. But now she was in the freezing Arctic with Kana, the orphaned snow fox she had found the night before. She had not wanted to take her home, but she had known it would have otherwise suffered. It was the beginning of a beautiful, close friendship.
