Our Mosque designs using Sketchup CAD

Following our trip to Birmingham to visit a Mosque, Class 4 looked at the design and architecture of Mosques from around the world. We used Google Sketchup to create our designs - Here are the completed mosque designs.

Petrified, exhausted, breathless, I ran as fast as humanly possible, for dread that this might be the end. My heart started beating a million miles per hour. There were a billion aliens chasing me with laser guns shooting as I was dodging them. Then suddenly, I found a gun in my pocket. I was shooting back at them, but they were too strong. I found a jet just laying around. Although I didn't now how to fly a plane, I got in it and took off some how. I finally got away from them, until I realised that they had spaceships...

Ben's 100 word challenge

I was about to talk to my mum by iPhone but suddenly my phone started to beep millions of times.I think it had a virus or something. suddenly little lines started to curl around my arm. if I didn't decide to call my mum,none of this would have happened. then my face,legs and everywhere. I started to scream then loads of aliens came down from space and started to walk over to me like zombies, so I decided to call my football team and then my manger went to get the footballs and we kicked the footballs as hard as we could at the Aliens. we defeated them.

As I hit hit the ball everyone in the stadium knew where it was destined  but the weird thing is that I was the only person that didn't know where it was going. So I decided to go and look for it. There were lots of different things, like hedges shaped like cakes and storm troopers, people dressed in silly clothes, and lots of different shops. I saw the best shop ever. It was a subway. Subway sandwiches, which taste fantastic,are not so good for your health. I was very good, and didn't go in. I just carried  on looking for my ball. I could not find it so I started to walk back to the stadium. Then I felt hungry so I felt I had to stop for a subway.

I'm playing football in the park with my friend Harley, so I had a shot on goal but I missed and the ball went all the way through a bush. so me and Harley went  around the bush but we couldn't find it. Then on the corner of my eye I saw something yellow and covered in grease,Harley's eyes were dark tunnels. Suddenly loads of these yellow things started to come towards us. Harley and I screamed. We ran miles and miles, then suddenly out of now where superman came and threw all the yellow things in a river. Then he told us they were all just American school buses...

  

  

100 Word Challenge by Ben Scott

One day I went to the shop and bought a remote control car that goes underwater; it goes really fast on the grass as well! It also has flashing lights on! When I purchased it something really silly happened... we forgot to get the batteries!  So  me , my Mum and Sister went to the shops to get them. Unfortunately the shop was closed so we all went back home really sad;  when walking home I suddenly spotted a battery shop!  so we quickly bought them rushed home, placed the batteries into the car... and it didn't work.

Suddenly the ship jerked violently. I looked starboard and realised we had hit land. I said “look boys we have hit land!” I said “I shall name this land New South Wales. Look over there; there are two strange people from a tribe. They look like they are out hunting. Get your guns ready.” Those strange people were throwing rocks at us and had big sticks and a shield. I reached into my pocket and found my shiniest watch to try and calm them down but it didn’t work. The yellow sand made silly noises when I walked on it and the sea was a turquoise colour.

my story of the war

chapeter one

It all started when my dad was puting me to bed when we suddenly heard the air raid shelter it's like a table but just metal. And me and my sister have bunk bed. my Mum and Dad have two separate beds in the Morrison shelter.sometimes they would let me and my sister go in there beds with them and then the noise stopped.In the morning Dad went out of the air raid shelter to check the raid was over.
